3 Step Process ...


Step 1 Have or get the right head coach Step 2 Secure the $ Step 3 Hire personnel worth the $.
Missing or skipping step 1 will make it very difficult to achieve Step 2 and Step 3 IMO ... Debatable if I should have flipped #1 and #2 ... However would imagine easier path to secure funds if team and fans excited or gets behind the head coach. Others would argue $ would need to come 1st to achieve the other 2 Steps ...
